Send your request to info@blierko.com using the form below, or call +1 844 793 5400 for help. Identify your business and the engagement to cancel or not renew. A reason is optional. Keep a copy of your sent notice and check any legally applicable notice method or deadline in your agreement.
There is no online subscription enrollment or automatic payment collection on this website. Submit the form to send your notice through Netlify Forms, or email info@blierko.com. A receipt confirms submission only, not a service-account change, effective cancellation date or refund. Request written confirmation. Rights already effective under applicable law or your agreement do not depend on our acknowledgment.
2. Refunds, deposits and fees
Refund eligibility, deposits, fees for work performed, third-party costs and the effective end date depend on the separate proposal or Service Agreement and mandatory law. No blanket forfeiture or “all sales final” policy is created by this page. We will review the applicable agreement and circumstances when responding to your request.
3. Statutory cancellation rights
There is no universal three-day cancellation right for every U.S. business service. The FTC Cooling-Off Rule generally excludes sales made entirely online, by mail or telephone and most purchases for business rather than household use. Wisconsin cancellation protections can apply to qualifying transactions. If a statutory right applies, it and its required notices take priority; this page does not replace a legally required cancellation form.
4. Questions and disputes
Use Customer Care & Complaints for a disputed charge, refund disagreement or unanswered request. You may also contact a relevant regulator or use other available legal remedies without first completing our internal process.
