2. Proposals and service agreements
The site provides business information and lets you request a consultation or proposal. Browsing, using the chatbot, preparing an inquiry or requesting a call does not purchase a service, confirm an appointment or create a final service agreement.
Each engagement is confirmed through a separate proposal, scope of work and/or Service Agreement identifying the scope, fees, deliverables, schedule, payment terms, cancellation provisions and other applicable conditions. That agreement governs the engagement; mandatory legal protections always remain applicable.
3. Pricing, payments and recurring services
The current website has no checkout and does not collect payment-card details or enroll visitors in automatic billing. Monthly partnership descriptions are invitations to discuss a scope, not subscription enrollments. No price or delivery date is confirmed by the chatbot.
If Blierko separately provides an authorized payment link for an agreed deposit, invoice, setup fee or service, the applicable proposal or agreement and the payment provider’s terms govern that payment. Payment alone does not replace a required service agreement. Any recurring charges, renewal terms and cancellation method must be disclosed and agreed before enrollment; no such enrollment occurs through this website today.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can contact us to request cancellation, non-renewal or a refund through the Cancellation & Refunds page. Preparing a message is not the same as sending it. The applicable agreement and mandatory law determine notice requirements, effective dates, earned fees and refund eligibility. This website does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive any statutory cancellation right.
5. Responsible use and website content
Use the website lawfully. Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or misuse contact channels. Rights in protected content, trademarks and third-party materials remain with their respective owners; uses permitted by law remain permitted.
6. Service guide, professional services and results
The chatbot is an automated guide based on Blierko’s service information, not a human representative or a source of legal, tax, accounting, investment or credit advice. Confirm project-specific statements with the team. Blierko is not presented as a law firm or CPA firm; services requiring a professional license are handled or reviewed through appropriately licensed professionals where applicable.
Business outcomes vary. No financing, loan, approval, credit limit, revenue level, advertising result or particular business outcome is guaranteed. Information may be corrected or updated. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. External services, privacy and complaints
Email, WhatsApp and hosting or sign-in services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the website’s data practices. Customer Care & Complaints provides a direct channel for concerns; you do not have to use it before contacting a regulator or exercising a legal right.
8. Applicable protections and updates
Applicable U.S. federal law, Wisconsin law where applicable, and any other non-waivable protections govern as required by law. This notice does not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court venue. Terms in a signed service agreement should be reviewed separately.
